In this workshop we'll explore that hidden power of your breath through a journey where theory and experience meet. You'll go home with knowledge and tools that will help you to find more relaxation, stability and clarity in your daily life.
Breathing better just for the sake of breathing is not a goal in itself. However, breathing in a more optimal way (functionally, effectively, efficiently) and in a more conscious way does help you to become more resilient, balanced, and autonomous on both a physical and mental level. With the help of your breath, you can quickly calm yourself or energize yourself. Breathwork can also bring about deeper change.
