You’ll also experience the Ayurvedic approach to taste, learning about the six fundamental flavors—from the sourness of pomegranate to the bitterness of dark chocolate—that play a role in well-being. Join us to discover time-tested self-care techniques for more resilience, creativity, and joy!
About: This workshop will be led by Kelly (Your Inner Sanctuary) and Marleen (Feel in our Body). With a shared background in Ayurveda, they are on a mission to bring the timeless wisdom of this ancient health tradition into modern life. Passionate about sharing their knowledge, they offer Ayurvedic nutrition and lifestyle consultations, massages, and catering to help others find balance and well-being.
